Donegal County Council
Under the 1903 Motor Car Act, vehicles including cars and motor cycles had to be registered. Donegal County Archives holds the oldest register, dating from 1903 to 1923, this is online:

Dunfanaghy Board of Guardians Minutes from mid-May 1916 to November 1916 have not been deposited in the County Archives and have probably not survived.
