Donating Archives
The Archives Service is always happy to receive donations of archives relating to the history and culture of the county of Donegal. Anyone wishing to donate items or collections of interest should view our Acquisitions Policy and contact the Archivist.
Donegal County Archives deeply appreciates all donations and deposited collections. We are grateful to the organisations and individuals who donate or deposit archives, thus adding to the history and archives of the county.
Caring for your archives
Anyone wishing to receive advice on how best to care for private archives is welcome to contact the Archives.
We welcome enquiries relating to Donegal’s history and archives, by post, telephone, email and via our social media platforms, and endeavour to reply to requests as soon as possible.
